Crafting The old man and the sea restaurant

We had the pleasure of reviving one of Sofia's most iconic restaurants, located by the Ariana Lake in Borisova Gradina Park. Our team collaborated with Triglaff and Office branding to create an atmosphere that embodies the essence of the classic Hemingway story, meticulously handcrafted with care and passion.

We had the incredible opportunity to bring to life the charming ambiance of a fisherman's hut, inspired by Hemingway's classic novella, The Old Man and the Sea. Every detail of the restaurant was thoughtfully curated with love and dedication, from the furniture to the custom-made decorations and lighting.

Drawing inspiration from the sea, we incorporated authentic fishing objects, repurposing them to fit seamlessly into the restaurant's aesthetic. The result is an interior that transports you to a world of salty sea air and the sound of waves crashing against the shore.

Restauration & renovation

Every element of The Old Man and the Sea restaurant was meticulously crafted to transport you to a world of sea-faring romance. The custom-made furniture was designed to resemble the rough-hewn wood of a fishing boat, with every detail carefully crafted to exude authenticity.

Lighting & decor

The lighting was designed to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with soft, flickering lamps and sconces reminiscent of a ship's cabin. To further immerse guests in the ambiance of a fisherman's hut, the restaurant's decor includes real fishing objects, repurposed as art pieces and functional furnishings.
